Mirror, Mirror, on the wall.

We've all been there. At some point or another we've probably stood in front of a mirror gazing at ourselves. Some of us were confident in our looks, and others just found flaws in what they looked like. Well, I've got news for you: You are fearfully and wonderfully made!  No kidding, you've got it right here in Psalms 139:14, "I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: wonderful are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well." Did you know that more than 40% of boys and 75% of girls in high school suffer from low self esteem? Yeah, it's a pretty alarming number. But what can we do about it? First of all, we can't change the world if we don't begin with ourselves. Next time you look in the mirror, give yourself a compliment instead of a negative comment, it will make you feel way better.
